CREA and MRA certification

The National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NAREA), a professional society based in Alexandria, MN and the National Asssociation of Master Appraisers (NAMA), a professional society based in San Antonio, TX, confer the designations of Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA) and Master Real Estate Appraiser (MRA) to candidates who are state licensed or certified, meet their designation standards, pay annual dues and are accepted by the organizations. NAREA and NAMA both include a rigorous code of ethics and qualifications and represents more than 4,000 appraisers each in the United States. I have held the CREA and MRA designation for more than 12 years.
